Claire and Rob met online (shoutout Hinge) in January of 2017.

We quickly realized that we shared a love of traveling, the outdoors, and lols. Other things we had in common included sleeping with eye masks and ellipticals in our bedrooms.

Our first international rendez-vous was only weeks after meeting, when Rob changed his family’s flights from Peru so he could overlap with Claire in the Lima airport to keep her company during her layover on her way to Cusco. Later that year, we took a trip to Europe together - the first of many more international adventures.

We’re excited for our loved ones to join us in France, and we hope our guests will get to use their time in Bordeaux as a jumping off point to explore new places and create core memories, spend time with old friends, and make new ones.
